1. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Allure Lash Lounge. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Unused and Unopened Products: We accept returns for lash products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Return Period

  • You have 28 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@allurelashlounge.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of the purchase receipt or order confirmation.

  • Ship the product to the address provided when you receive your RMA number.

5. Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days, the refund can take up to 15 working days to return to your account.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
